Added a fallback TMI estimation based off day of year in case of API issues. Also allows for a string to be the TMI because there are TMIs with a "A" or "B" suffix for mid day amendments as per https://skybrary.aero/articles/north-atlantic-operations-organised-track-system, which may be causing the N/A return as reported in #134.
