fix: vite's server.cors not working #104

因为这里创建了一个全局作用域（影响所有路由的）的 cors 中间件，且没有读取 vite 的 server.cors 配置，导致 server.cors 配置失效（本地开发无界微应用项目会因此报跨域错误）。
