    carbon-pool is a service to store Graphite metrics on disk.
    It uses standard Carbon API for feeding metrics, store them locally
    and provide simple API for clients to pull metrics (e. g. to pass them
    later to Carbon).
    Them main goal of carbon-pool is to convert push metrics mechanism to pull.
