select type "select2" doesnt work with select 2 v4.0, yadcf v0.8.8+ and datatable server side #216

http://sagal.rebelote.org/yadcf.select2.serverside.html => firebug says "too much recursion"...

Look like a select2 4.0 integration problem (adding serverside returned options?)
http://yadcf-showcase.appspot.com/DOM_source_select2.html => select2 v3.5 => OK
