I am using the Euka tool for arthropod and tetrapod mitochondrial DNA analysis.
But first I want to replicate the example they give me. I load the vgan that I require and when I run the first code, which is this: vgan euka -fq1 three_dhigh_100.fq.gz -t 20

It gives me the following error:

I don't know if I'm running the fastq file in the right place or I have to have something else to be able to run the analysis.

I thank you in advance if you help me.

I think you're not in the right place. If you have issues with vgan, you should post an issue on their GitHub page.
