Bug: Filter clearing button is lost in transactions screen

Describe the bug
By default, the filter clearing button is not present in the transaction filter list and it is hard to find it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Transactions'
2. See that the filter clearing button is not visible

Expected behavior
I think it should definitely be visible by default, maybe even separate from horizontal scrolling, so it is always visible and not lost.
