replacing $ descriptor to advance="no". $ descriptor causes error with -std=2008 option.
Considering the coding standard of easifem ParameterList_t is changed to ParameterList_

replacing $ descriptor to advance="no". $ descriptor causes error with -std=2008 option. I have also modified the CMakeLists.txt. However, this is still a work in progress, so you Can keep ignore the CMakeLists.txt related changes.
