Now that axes have descriptions and those axis descriptions have tests, wrap the mark description tests in a named qunit test module to make it clearer what is being tested.

Adds another wrapper around the mark description tests in an attempt to more clearly distinguish them from the axis descriptions introduced in pull request #247.
