Yeah, the problem is running it with existing data. Coming up with a solution for that now, probably requires an "upgrade" docker container with both Postgres 10 and Postgres 14 in it, that can mount the data volume and run |

Upgrade Postgres to 14.2. Also requires upgrading Flyway to support the later version.
