Would this be relevant in a business environment? Maybe for motivational purposes? If so, perhaps it would be better to have only positive actions.

You are right, I am removing the -1 reputation from answer down vote
It is just for motivational purpose for now, I am not really sure if giving the user privileges based on his reputation makes sense inside a corporate network (like stackoverflow does, users get privileges to edit/delete questions and so on) as we don't really need moderation
