Add OOC script for Horde Laborers
Relied on scripts with cmangos classic (commit unfortunately I do not remember), but still thanks to them.

I noticed this comment on wowhead:

They emote "Horde Laborer attempts to get help!" if attacked. I don't think there is any other type of MOb that does this.

So i added the missing ai events too based on trinity.

* The scam prevention system prevented players from accepting a trade within 3 seconds of opening the trade window. However it was not set to look for the next modification timestamp and thus only did its job on the initial first 3 seconds. I implemented it according to what i think the developer was after. Added: Scam prevention system with variable delay length, no more glitchy trade windows in in-game trade windows.

* Fixed incorrect indentation / spacing
