Mermaid v10 does not provide a min.js #2377

From v10 onwards, Mermaid library does not provide a bundled min.js which can be used in browser offline anymore. Will wait for this PR being checked in before upgrading the Mermaid version. mermaid-js/mermaid#4281

Upgraded to 9.4.3 first.
