An initial package of the Exim MTA. The extent of testing is that this isn't been used to run a full mail server, my only requirement is as a local MTA for a workstation.

New packages shouldn't be orphaned.

Have you considered one of the MTAs we already have (opensmtpd, postfix)? |

I'm against this unless some existing committer decides to adopt it. exim is just an inexhaustive source of critical CVE. |
No, I was carrying over the configuration from a non-Void system, so this wasn't an option at the time. opensmtpd may be the path forward. I don't have time to commit to maintaining the package in a timely manner, so if there's no interest then this request can be closed. Perhaps it will serve as a starting point for someone else. I'll continue to have my own fork with the package. |
