I've run through a complete round of builds on all architectures. This is working fine with matplotlib, qutebrowser, qtcreator and shotcut (the latter two are only lightly tested). This seems ready to go. |

qt6-webenginefixes an annoying bug that plaguesqutebrowser, so we might as well bump everything.I'm not sure if I'm missing anything and don't know whether
python3-pyqt6-{3d,chargts,networkauth,webengine}can stay at 6.5.0 and still work with Qt 6.5.2.Testing the changes
