Avoids kiosk starts even plugin is uninstalled. Obviously, this would require fixing the following issue before, so that uninstall.sh is called. volumio/Volumio2#851 While at it, other plugin uninstall thingy that needs consideration: volumio/Volumio2#905 (not absolutely required for this specific one, but necessary too)

I think it won't start anyway, since the systemctl start volumiokiosk is invoked by the plugin anyway... |

Well, I submitted it because it would still start after uninstall. |
