Setup Selinux on RHEL servers to enable PuppetBoard to function on install

Does this work if selinux is disabled? Where does the selboolean type come from? Do we need a dependecy for that?

Seboolean is a part of the standard install of puppet ( https://docs.puppetlabs.com/references/latest/type.html#selboolean )

I have tested with both enforcing and permissive mode set on SELinux without any issues.
Unfortunately I do not have a server where it is disabled, but would expect that the selinux utils would not have any issue with setting a boolean state.
