Re-open PR #608 with added tests (sorry couldn't re-open the old one for some reason)
This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues
Adds extra support for custom SCHEMA usage in postgres, specifcally zabbix web, because right now there are no issues with zabbix-server config with custom schema
