Hi,

I have a fastq file in which UMI has attached on first 8 bp of Read2.
How can I use this software?

I just pushed a change to allow using unbalanced barcodes. Use the new flags -l1 and -l2 to set the size of the barcode tag per mate. I still haven't comprehensively tested this. Let me know if you find any bugs!
