You need first install
https://github.com/vporton/errno-java-jni

To test this package, type a command like

java -Djava.library.path=/usr/local/lib -classpath ./build/classes:./build/test/classes org.portonvictor.errno.test.PrintError 1

(This will print the message for errno==1.)
