Občas je užitečné fetchovat výsledek do vícerozměrného pole. Bylo by tedy zajímavé, kdyby fetchPairs v prvním parametru podporovalo pole sloupců jako např.:
...->fetchPairs(['category_id', 'id'], 'title'))
O úpravu jsem se pokusil, ale nevím, jestli užití asociativního pole nepřináší nějaké zásadní výkonnostní problémy, když jsi tam předtím měl array_values.
Dále nevím, co je třeba udělat v případě MultiResultu.
