Use imperative for the title.

Since this usually will be the same as the commit message, use imperative for it too. For more info, see this guideline.

Reference the issue, if it exists. Use:

• 'Fixes', if the request fixes an issue (https://help.github.com/articles/closing-issues-using-keywords/).
• 'References', if the request is about an issue but that issue should not be closed.

Changes proposed:

• Add
• Delete
• Fix
• Prepare

• Put an 'x' between the brackets of the action, that describes your proposed changes. Make sure to remove any excess spaces.
• A change can consist of multiple actions.
• Remove those actions not used.

Add a short comment after, if any.
