dropdown hover is possible ? #46

Maybe i missed a documentation, but i didn't see how to have your example having the menus/submenus opening on hover instead of click.

Do you have a list of otions available for your plugin ?

i've seen #32 and #13 . It seems now the submenu appear on click.
Could this behaviour be put as an option : if one wants opening on hover, or another on click ? i don't wan't to mess with the prototypes. https://github.com/vsn4ik/bootstrap-submenu/blob/master/dist/js/bootstrap-submenu.js#L70
