Normalize terminoloy of registry #6

The registry should better be named "Multihash Identifier Registry". It
contains identifiers of hash functions so we can also replace the word
"hash function types" by "hash function identifiers".

Also, please rebase, seems like there are merge conflicts w/ this PR.

Sorry, the review system confuses me. Should I better commit on top of a PR instead of push --force and you squash the commits into one when doing a merge?
