The issuer id present in a 201 Created response from /credentials/issue MUST match the issuer ID given in the request.

In order to properly test this, we must use an issuer that the system under test knows about, so it must be obtained by resolving the did:web for that system and using alsoKnownAs[1] from the response as the issuer ID.
