Looks good to me but I though worth adding a note because of the SHOULD in RDF 1.1 about NFC normalization of literals. |

@JeniT - thanks for adding the note. In my scribbles from last week's meeting I concluded that we didn't need a note specifying consistency with RDF1.1 and NFC ... you have made it clear that we might be inconsistent. |
