Currently directory names are inconsistent:
ActiveDocuments,Archived, andGraduated. Since they are all documents, this PR puts them indocsdirectory.This puts active documents in
docsinstead ofdocs/activeas I think shorter paths are better for active ones. I can still createdocs/activeif this is preferred.This also removes some outdated placeholders.
