5.3.2 Vertical representation of the word 'स्वागतम्' based on Indic orthographic syllable definition:

this doesn't look like it should be a heading, but rather some text continuing the previous section (that is missing some explanation).

The explanation of this example has been reflected in the section.

The rules really don't need to be noted since readers should refer to section 2 for how orthographical syllables are defined. And this example seems to be duplicating to figure 7.

There doesn't seem to be any difference here wrt the heading markup. Which commit shows the changes? (Please try to use one commit per issue, where possible, and cross reference the issue and the commit from each other.)
