This looks good to me.

I see that the SOTD Patent Policy link is now preceded by the date 1 August 2017 and goes to that version. In the current IMSC 1.2 on /TR, there's no date and if you click through you get to https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Patent-Policy-20200915/ which post-dates the specification's publication, which I find strange.

This suggests there may be an in-place problem with all current specifications on /TR that use an undated link to the Patent Policy, I'm not sure. It certainly affects TTML2 1st Ed Rec, for example.

Ah, yes. Let me check others also in /TR/.
That part was managed by wgPatentPolicy configuration, which had deprecated by group, but was not included before in our specs.

we are now under PP2020, and should be no problem on merging this?
