added examples as of ACTION-350 and ACTION-355, reorganized document as per ACTION-357

This pull request packages several changes that all ease the readability of the specification document, and implement actions ACTION-350, ACTION-355, ACTION-357:

• changed the way SOSA / SOSA+SSN buttons look and work
• reorganized specification sections to have:
  1. one non-normative overview section, with links to the examples that showcase the terms in that section
  2. the normative specification section
• added examples in appendix, and in separate folder, as per ACTION-350 and ACTION-355
• reorganized terms related to system capabilities in a horizontal module marked at risk as per ACTION-357
  1. and added a "at risk" section in SOTD section
  2. and added line in change list
  3. and reflected all the changes in the ontology documents and server specification.

Careful, beyond the examples your pull request seems to delete the integrated directory? Is this a leftover from one of your earlier commits?

It does not delete the RDF directory, instead it deletes the ".rdf" documents (RDF/XML not synced anymore)

If you want to check the branch on your computer, you can run the following commands (in some empty directory):

Thanks for the clarification. I am always using just the Gihub diff for pull requests as I find it more usable than my local diff tools, but in this case I got confused.
