DO NOT MERGE UNTIL PUBLISHED

Fixes #366. Initial pull request SOTD should be considered "draft" and reviewed.

Build at https://rawgit.com/w3c/ttml1/issue-0366-create-pr-build/index.html

Pubrules points out, correctly:

Could not find statements nor links about preliminary implementation/interoperability reports.

So that needs to be added.

Now passes pubrules with warnings:

  • No security and privacy considerations section found. (there is one)
  • The main page should be called Overview.html (instead of index.html). (rename before uploading to /TR)
  • Please verify using Link Checker. done, see TTML1 3ED Proposed Recommendation #367 (comment) for results
  • HTML and CSS validations for compound documents were skipped. Meh

Running Link Checker:

Half addresses one of the link checker errors (fixing the certificate failure on the site is beyond our control).
