COMMA delimiter missing in <text-shadow> #720

As currently specified, the <text-shadow> syntax cannot distinguish between a list of three shadows each with two components, and a list of two shadows each with three components.

Suggest specifying the following, which matches CSS:

  : "none"
  | <shadow> (<lwsp>? "," <lwsp>? <shadow>)*
