No. The URL had a permanent redirect. But we don't use "(PDF)" anywhere else, so don't need it here anyway.

Well I suppose we should be consistent, and there probably should be some kind of consistency here in the W3C style. My preference would be to warn people when they're not going to a web page, but it's not a big deal.
