Echidna was still unhappy with this URI after all. Changing to the leveled shortname should work |

In fact it does not pass echidna, the spec being in CR. If there's no substantial change since the CR Snapshot, we can try to publish a CR Draft using echidna (but I'm still confused about why it asked for the -3 at the end of the history URI since in theory we got rid of the levels). |
