C42 talks about 44x44, 2.5.8 is a different kind, specially the sizes, so I would suggest to remove from 2.5.8

Another duplicate with 24x24 would be much more preferred...

the links in the example are 25x26.5, passing already without the inline-block, min-height: 44px and min-width: 44px
