• Issue description: In the Understanding document of SC 3.3.8: Accessible Authentication (Minimum), there are two links in Related Resources with different labels that point to equal resources, in particular:

  • Web Security and Privacy Technologies
  • Security and Privacy Technologies issue paper from the Cognitive Task Force

  They point to the same document, one hosted in https://w3c.github.io, the other in https://rawgit.com.
