I intend to have IANA review this before we merge-to-master, and it would be nice to get PR #1511 landed so I can merge it into here beforehand, thx. :) |

#1511 is merged, and this is now merged-from-master, such that it includes the "none" attestation type. And I've sent the pr-preview link to IANA and requested "early review". |
