Based on the discussion yesterday and some offline conversations, this PR changes my role from Contributor to Editor.
I believe I have made significant contributions to Level 3 and plan to continue spec cleanup work (#1720, #1735, #1912) to improve the specification as we march towards Candidate Rec.
