RTCInboundRTPStreamStats, RTCInboundRTPStreamStats & RTCRTPStreamStats are defined both in webrtc-stats and webrtc-pc (although the definitions aren't the same); we need to pick one or the other (or if needed, make one spec uses partial dictionaries to complete the other).
