I was taking a look at #295 and looks like Apple decided to move to App intents.
I removed the older shortcuts target because it's not needed to separate the App intents.
Then, I migrated the logic to the new intent structure.
I also put the WallabagKit initialization to a common protocol so we can reuse it for other shortcuts in the future.
