How do I properly configure "UDPspeeder" under "Wireguard"?
What commands will be needed on vds 1?

I don't have a tutorial for wireguard + UDPspeeder, but you can look at the openvpn+UDPspeeder guide for reference.

Also I would suggest to reduce the MTU for both your Wireguard connections if possible.

It's very simple.
Nothing needs to be changed on WireGuard server.
All you have to do is to establish a working connection between udpspeeder peers and set WireGuard client peer to <udpspeeder_client_listenning_address>:<listenning_port>
