Added typo3 environment.
Typo3 needed utf8 and utf8_unicode_ci as default charset on database.
Also for pdf and image generation it needs Imagemagick and GraphicsMagick available and added them to the base image, maybe this needs to split in a separated typo3 image, see: https://github.com/rbouma/warden-images/blob/6571c288cbe0b223b9f8df21373f80ab9d930e09/php-fpm/Dockerfile#L83
