This commits break arbitrum integration.
Fetching arbitrum blocks uses a dedicated library, whereas the mode and manta integration have a different approach.
At this moment running all these integrations is impossible until arbitrum is adjusted.

I believe we can adjust it once we'll need it in order to not waste time on sth that's not currently running
