This is used as a submodule of "FaceDetectionByDlibForWindows" (https://github.com/kishimoto-exvision/FaceDetectionByDlibForWindows). A part of dynamic link libraries in OpenCV are built with cmake and visual studio for x86 and x64 platforms. And this repository contains the "install" folders of them.
