Ok, so after lots of confusing, cross-checking, and going through git commit histories, I realize that the Code of Conduct apparently has been missing probably for months! We have a link to it (to a file called conduct.md) on the navigation column, but no actual file. So, the page you're providing is not an "update" per se, but it's populating an important page that was missing. Yikes!

I'll merge the PR right away, then submit a new PR of my own to make sure the navigation Code of Conduct entry points to your new page.

(I thought I had clicked on every single page to confirm that the navigation links were working, when I started working on the Learning Resources site. But I guess I missed this one 😢)
