Building and running the iOS application

• You might encounter Crashlytics nagging. In that case, go into external/CrashlyticsSDK, find either the daemon (crashlyticsd.zip), or the standalone app (Crashlytics.zip), unzip, place into Applications directory then run if appropriate.
