Description

After the debugging and testing achieved in #3166, we could see that test_docker_monitoring was failing, so we must find the reason for the failure and a solution for it.

The reason for failure is that Filebeat has not sent the alert data to Wazuh Indexer, but the alerts were found in the alerts.json, nevertheless, the test had not found the alert in /tmp/alerts.json (file obtained by Ansible).

The test continues failing after exhaustive testing, so we must find the main reason for the failure.
