Error in recoveries for Piaui for 6/15

Greetings. Thank you so much for your work, it helps everyone immensely. Unfortunately, I believe the number of recoveries for 6/15 for Piaui is incorrect in the latest commit (7c8de16). This changed the number of recoveries from 696 to 9820. Per the state reporting (https://twitter.com/GovernodoPi/status/1272688767799787520/photo/1) I believe the number should have gone from 696 to 709.

The number of 9820 recoveries came from this https://datastudio.google.com/u/0/reporting/a6dc07e9-4161-4b5a-9f2a-6f9be486e8f9/page/2itOB, but the tweet you sent and also this website http://coronavirus.pi.gov.br/ show 709.
