Problem type: Something else
Description: Missing "Download" option
Steps to Reproduce:
Preconditions:
Account login performed

  1. Navigate to: https://www.youtube.com
  2. Click on a video.
  3. Click on the meatball menu below the video.
  4. Observe the result.

Expected results:
The download option is present.

Actual results:
The download option is missing.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 110.0a1 (2022-12-22) (64-bit)/
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

  1. Screenshot is attached.
  2. The issue is not reproducible using Chrome.
  3. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  4. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
