Tested Another Browser: Yes Other

Problem type: Something else
Description: camera can't detect
Steps to Reproduce:
If I enabled "privacy.resistFingerprinting" in about:config
Cannot use my 2nd webcam.
It blocks camera tracking but this settings should work by turning off "media.navigator.enabled".
By turning off "media.navigator.enabled" it should not track camera but it doesn't works

Thanks for the report. Since the issue involves privacy.resistFingerprinting being enabled I have moved the issue. See: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1899736
