Steps to Reproduce:
This may be difficult to reproduce, as I was able to use the cite, until attempting to edit an account.
The pointing_hand took some time to appear, then would not activate the link, and Nightly would freeze, and occasionally, the whole computer (power cycle reset required). I tried several times, identical results. e_mail sent to the address I had, for the site.

Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. After sign in I edited my account settings without experiencing any freezes or site unresponsive.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 98.0a1 (2022-01-12)
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.2

Reporter could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again? Also if there are any changes made to default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings.
If it still not works, try settingnetwork.http.http3.enabled to false in about:config and restart Firefox. You can revert back to it after (it might be related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1749908 & https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1749910)
